Activating Xbase is really easy. If you haven't done so already, you can purchase Xbase at our online store
- Before you purchase you'll be asked to register an account (or login if you already have one). Remember the email address you used to register, since you'll need it when you activate Xbase.
- If you need to, download the latest version of Xbase here and drag it to the Applications folder.
- Launch Xbase.
- Type in the email address and password you used to register your fileability account and click "Unlock".
- You're activated. Enjoy!
If Xbase doesn't accept your email address, make sure you've typed it correctly and you've used the right one. If the problem persists, contact us and include "ACTIVATION PROBLEM" in the subject. Please give the email address and your name so we can look up your account.
